Vibrant Bookkeeping — Digital Product Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction refund on our digital workbook purchases. If a product is not right for you, email tiffany@vibrantbookkeepingpros.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, purchase email, and product name. You may include a brief explanation to help us improve, but it is not required.

Purchases and digital delivery currently take place through Payhip. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the credit appears.

For a missing download, damaged file, or access problem, contact us at the same email so we can help.

This policy applies to digital products. Bookkeeping services are scoped separately and follow the terms agreed for that service. Applicable customer rights are not limited by this policy.
